Big people always love keepsakes that remind them of how cute and tiny their little peoples’ hands are, right? If you’re that big person you should join us in making this embellished hand dish - the perfect useful keepsake. Led by WW co-owener Alexis Tellefsen, this will be a caregiver-child class where the adults get to work with their kiddo to complete their project while also making their own.
Alexis will walk participants through the steps of tracing, decorating, forming and glazing their hand dish. Everyone will have a choice of vibrant colorful glazes and all of the tools to decorate their hands with their own unique textures and designs. Gentle structure with emphasis on exploration. You can totally show up and throw caution to the wind and make a flower pot instead.
This class is open to children of all ages. You know your kids better than me - if they can trace and squish and weild a paintbrush they’re welcome. Please feel free to sign up with more than one child, there are two options for you in the drop down menu above.
Finished work will be available for pick up in 3-4 weeks. You will receive an email when your pieces are ready.
